With more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, Steve has served as a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, premium auditor, and founder of Accelerate Premium Audits. His unique background provides a deep understanding of carrier expectations and policyholder realities alike. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Steve founded Accelerate on the principles of integrity, accountability, and mission-focused execution. As a veteran-owned business, Accelerate Premium Audits is committed to delivering responsive service, exceptional quality, and dependable results for every client.
John Kady
CO-OWNER & AUDIT OPERATIONS LEAD
With over 8 years of premium audit experience at carriers including ICW Group and W.R. Berkley, John understands firsthand what carriers expect from their audit vendors. As VP of Operations, he oversees audit workflows, quality control, and turnaround performance, helping keep Accelerate running at its best every day. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality help ensure carrier partners receive accurate audits and dependable service every time.
